Seasonal Skin Rituals for Colder Weather
When the temperature drops, your ritual can deepen into richer textures and more nourishing steps.
Cooler weather often means lower humidity, lower oil sebum, and a slightly more reactive barrier. A few small shifts can make your ritual feel different through the season: introduce a face oil if you haven't already; consider a heavier moisturiser at night; protect the lips and eye area; let your skin acclimate to indoor heating with extra hydration on the days you feel tightness. Keep it cosmetic — if skin becomes painful, cracked, or bleeding, seek medical advice.
